Bestes Fitness in Zürich. Ich habe über die Jahre mehrere ausprobiert und kann dieses wärmstens empfehlen. Gute Stimmung (dank den Mitarbeitenden und Mittrainierenden :), tolles Angebot an Maschinen, Freifläche zum trainieren, Kursen und schönes Spa.
I went there a while ago out of curiosity about the new interior design and the renovated spaces.<br><br>What began with a trial-day eventually evolved into a daily routine of working out. To my surprise this transformed many of my habits naturally: I started focusing on my sleep and recovery and became more aware of my eating pattern. The result was a profound shift in my mood, energy, and mental clarity.<br><br>Also during this period I met plenty of mature, genuine, and health-conscious people at the gym and the studio. Today I’m deeply grateful to all the inspiring trainers and everyone involved in creating and maintaining this beautiful oasis of wellness.
Nice gym with Finnish Sauna (90C) in women's dressing room and simple unisex "spa" area with, optional swimwear. Free capsule coffee corner for customers. All towels, water bottle, make up remover, shampoo, and spray deodorant provided.
Wir hatten ein gemeinsames Projekt mit dem Fitnessstudio und die Zusammenarbeit war jederzeit fair, professionell und auf Augenhöhe. Hervorzuheben ist der umsichtige, vorausschauende Geschäftsinhaber, der mit neuem Equipment echten Mehrwert für seine Mitglieder schafft. Zudem ist es ein sehr schönes und modernes Fitnesscenter. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Number 1 gym in Zürich!!! This place has everything to offer: good equipment (especially for calisthenics, also a boxing bag), friendly staff, clean spaces, sauna, cold plunge etc. But truly the most precious thing is the people! Every person is interesting, open minded and social, making it an amazing atmosphere to train and to chat. Big shoutout to Ervin, Jasmina, Andrea, Arianna and all the rest of the team for taking utter care of the space :D
