Clean Clean Services

Unfortunately, I need to update my original review. At first, we had a very positive experience, but since a different cleaner started coming, the quality has declined significantly, and we have decided not to continue with the service. The advertised flat-rate model of CHF 139 for 1–3 hours does not match our experience or the standard described by the company. Paying almost CHF 50 per hour is difficult to justify when the flat is still not cleaned properly. I will attach photos showing some examples. Should the explanation be that there was not enough time, it is worth mentioning that the cleaner still left approximately half an hour earlier than the booked time allowed. We were told that the company focuses on a high cleaning standard, but we repeatedly found marks on the floor from poor wiping, tables and chairs that were still dirty, and dust accumulating because chairs or other items had not been moved. Things were also moved to completely different places, leaving us to search for them afterwards. Unfortunately, the list does not end there. I am giving three stars because Petros, who cleaned our flat previously, always appeared to be trying his best. However, our experience with Reti was a major disappointment.

I had a really great experience with Clean Clean Service. Mr. Reti was very responsible and professional throughout the whole process. He personally came to inspect the apartment beforehand and explained clearly what I should pay attention to before the handover, which was incredibly helpful. The pricing was transparent and fair, and I always got quick responses whenever I had questions. After the cleaning, he also informed me about the condition of the apartment and gave me useful advice on what to pay attention to during the final inspection and what to mention to the agency. His two colleagues were also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Reti has done work for me previously in the garden and yesterday, he deep cleaned my barbecue. As always, he did an amazing job. He is a genuinely a pleasant and sincere person. It was a pleasure to have him. He is highly recommended.
