I highly recommend this company for their cleaning services. The communication during the booking process was excellent and professional. The team arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job with my apartment. The quality of their work was great, and the pricing was very competitive. I will definitely recommend them to others!

Terrible customer service. After sending a couple of emails to confirm the professional cleaning, I had to call and was told they were no longer available. A timely response would have been much appreciated. On top of that, a German-speaking employee refused to speak English. Disappointing and unprofessional.

This is the review we wish we had read before booking cleaning24. We booked cleaning24 after we read the wonderful reviews online. During booking, we asked how many cleaners they would be sending and they said 2. However, on the day, they had outsourced the cleaning of our apartment to another cleaner (who obviously had no connection to the foretold reviews), who was on her own. By the time the handover was planned in the evening, there was *a lot* that had not been done yet. The situation was so bad, our landlady picked up a cleaning cloth and started cleaning (!!!) to speed things along. As our contract with cleaning24 included guarantee, the cleaner stayed and cleaned whatever the landlady was telling her but we were there for more than 2 hours after the agreed handover time. By then, both myself and the landlady were so tired that when I asked her if she's ok with the cleaning and if I should pay the cleaner, she (very reluctantly) said yes. However. she did repeatedly stress out that the cleaning was not to the standard it should have been and we got same comments from the next tenant a few days later. When giving feedback to cleaning24 they were very defensive and absolutely refused to take accountability telling us to resolve it with their partner who we obviously had not hired or even knew. They claimed they had the right to delegate all responsibility and accountability to their partner. Their response tells you everything you need to know about the professionalism and standard of customer service of cleaning24.

Ivana Wirz and her colleague did the final cleaning of our flat in Horgen. We keep everything in good shape, but they did a great job cleaning the windows and window blinds, removing all drawers and cleaning behind them, leaving the bathrooms shining, etc. Both the following tenant and the person from the agency doing the final inspection were also happy with the result. So much so that they asked her for her contact details to use her services in the future. And so did I.

Our end-of-lease cleaning went flawlessly, our cleaner was great and efficient, the real estate agent was happy about the work done. Good pricing vs. competitors, I highly recommend.
