Very bad experience with Mami Express. First they asked if they could come to see the place and then clean; I told them they could do everything on the same day. I prepared everything for the visit, but the person who arrived did not clean at all. Later, on the day the cleaning was supposed to happen, they didn’t come, didn’t notify me, and simply canceled. I prepared everything again for the next appointment, they assigned another person… and that person also didn’t show up. It has been almost two months, and no one has come to provide the cleaning service. The administration gave me no solution, no follow-up, and no clear answer when I called to ask what was going on. poor service, poor organization, and very bad customer care. I absolutely do not recommend this company. UPDATE: The response from the company is inaccurate and does not reflect what actually happened. The mention of a trial period is irrelevant. I requested and confirmed a cleaning service, and that service was never delivered nor properly handled. Additionally, just a few days ago one of your cleaners contacted me directly asking when she could come to clean, which clearly shows that even your own staff is not informed about the real status of assignments. This confirms the core issue: poor organization, lack of communication, and bad customer service. The service was requested, confirmed, and never properly provided. No solution was offered.

The first cleaner they sent us worked diligently and knows how to clean. But over the time, she got more and more lazy. She started talking on ear phone bit by bit, and in the end, talking the entire „cleaning time“. She started cleaning less and less. Left 15 min too early without finish cleaning even though I pointed out it was too early. She shoved floor mat into a basket, which fell off from a wall and got broken. Luckily, it was cheap and replaceable. I didn’t want to wait for some precious things to be broken and terminated contracts. There’s a few months notice before you can terminate contract and you cannot change cleaners, which I found inflexible. Wish they could send us a cleaner who meets Swiss standard and work ethics because we pay Swiss price.
