We had booked TB Cleaning Services for our move-out clean and have been satisfied. It was easy to communicate with the company and the cleaners were on time and also supported us during the inspection. We have so far only used the company once, for a deep clean before scheduled weekly cleans will take place with them. I was very impressed, the ladies were very professional, polite, spoke excellent English and did a very thorough clean. I could not fault it at all, a huge thanks to them and we look forward to our regular cleaning service!
Great ease at booking online and communicating per email with Tibi. Only a bit disappointing that they allow for online booking 12h in advance, which turns out in the end that they cannot accommodate. And for which your visa card has been charged already. Also surprising that the price is flat at 105.- no matter whether your apartment is 50, 70 or 100 sq meters. Too pricy in my view, but the service is great. The cleaning is 100% satisfactory and thorough. Thanks, Tibi!
This is a really great cat sitting service! I have contacted Tibi just a few days before leaving my home. We agreed on the details, and she visited my cat while I was absent. Everything was done perfectly as we agreed and on time. On top of that I have received an email report from her with my cat's photos and videos, and she left a small present for us :) I really liked our cooperation, and I appreciate her help in this delicate matter. I will definitely contact her again when I have similar trips and my cat needs care.
