I ordered a Sub Zero from this company. I placed the order early August for a delivery on the first of November. I emailed them at the end of October they told me 2 weeks before delivery oops this will be delayed. Continued delays. I find out they didn’t place my order with sub zero for 2 months after i made payment. Fridge gets delivered this week in May 2026. Of course not all can be blamed on them. But it doesn’t work. I asked if the fridge was tested before delivery (very expensive fridge) “no we just deliver in its packaging ”. No one tested on site either. Ridiculous company. Cannot recommend you ever use them. Find another kitchen company.
Excellent advice and a fantastic kitchen; unfortunately, we had to wait a bit for minor warranty work due to internal capacity constraints. Everything is perfect now.
Excellent kitchen design studio. Ms. Reimer managed to realize our vision for a new kitchen within just two meetings, despite significant space and budget constraints. Communication with the kitchen installers was also excellent; the installers themselves were extremely professional and able to accommodate final adjustments to the specific layout. The kitchen is now installed and completely meets our expectations. A thoroughly satisfying experience!
