Matthias is very professional and skilful in his craft. He really makes my day as I lost my key and he gets my door open within minutes while I tried another locksmith who could do it due to the mechanism of my digital lock.
I had an emergency with a lost key, and it wasn’t my own home. Claudio De Maio helped me honestly and decently. He explained to me how to get the situation resolved properly, which needed police involvement. His staff were efficient and quick, once the police gave them the go ahead.
