I wanted to do an engraving on the watch, I was told to come and pick it up next day. When I came nothing has been done. A master told me that he couldn’t open my file, although his colleague said everything works fine. They didn’t call me or send a mail that something is wrong with the data. Instead of apologies a master was just rude and said it’s my fault. Now I don’t have a present for Christmas. Highly not recommend this place!!
Friendly staff. Would not choose for a watch battery change. My experience was that they were not able to conduct a standard watch battery change (done before, should take 5 min) even though that was advertised as their service. The person even tried to use a hammer to pry open the watch which is absolutely not needed! They ended up handing it back to me unopened and I was just glad it had not been damaged.
They are nice and welcoming, though quality is not great. Went first time to add rubber sole to my loafers. It immediately lost grip. Went again, again sole immediately started ungluing.
I recently visited MISTER Minit and was impressed by the quick and professional service I received. In addition to quickly creating a personalized post letter plate with my company name, they were also able to help me fix several other things like key, sho, ext… . Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at MISTER Minit.
I bought an earring that didn't fit me, the person working there was super helpful and kind. And the best? Now I can wear it ! Thank you so so much for your help. Such a lovely and friendly service.
