Mali was welcoming, helpful and all our requests for our watch repairs and adjustments were done quickly and efficiently. We also have had many shoe soles repaired by Mali. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! They we're so fast and helpful with my request. 10/10
I wanted to do an engraving on the watch, I was told to come and pick it up next day. When I came nothing has been done. A master told me that he couldn’t open my file, although his colleague said everything works fine. They didn’t call me or send a mail that something is wrong with the data. Instead of apologies a master was just rude and said it’s my fault. Now I don’t have a present for Christmas. Highly not recommend this place!!
They are nice and welcoming, though quality is not great. Went first time to add rubber sole to my loafers. It immediately lost grip. Went again, again sole immediately started ungluing.
I bought an earring that didn't fit me, the person working there was super helpful and kind. And the best? Now I can wear it ! Thank you so so much for your help. Such a lovely and friendly service.
