I needed to install a washing machine in my apartment where there was not easy access. They provided an excellent service, I was able to send images and explain my problem over WhatsApp and they provided explanations. I was able to book an appointment within 3 working days, they came and modified my sink to support the washing machine, and neatly installed conduits to hide the pipes. The job was completed in a very short time, and it was a very enjoyable experience. I fully recommend!

I had an issue with the odour in the shower room which wasn't fixed with two previous visits with other technicians, and he saw what was wrong right away and fixed it instantly. Before leaving he also saw that the faucet was a bit loose and fixed it as well, which wasn't addressed in the initial request. Very professional.
