THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND All the high reviews are fake. They ask students to write a good review before they move in. Later, they will ignore all the problems you will have (and you will have a lot of them!), won't respond and won't care about you at all. This is the reason why you won't find any phone number on their website - they have many unhappy clients but don't want to be bothered! I got access to my apartment 4 days later than I should have and they didnt even have enough keys. I had to share keys with my flatmates for a whole month. Our fridge wasn't working, our flat was old and smelled weird... but you are not allowed to visit the place before you sign the contract, so you have no way of knowing. Please, choose a different agency. These guys will just prey on desperate students who dont have a place to stay.

I’m giving one star only because zero is not an option. My experience with NextGen was terrible from start to finish. When I arrived in Zurich, I was given a completely empty room, even though the listing clearly stated it was furnished. I spent two weeks without electricity, and on top of that I was charged an extra fee for electricity that was never mentioned beforehand. The kitchen wasn’t properly equipped until almost three weeks later. Communication was extremely poor, especially with Loris, who was unprofessional and evasive. Before moving out, I spent three weeks with a completely clogged sink, unable to use it. It was never fixed, and I left the apartment with the issue unresolved. When I moved out, my deposit was not returned, and I was told I had to wait 60 days, something that was never stated in the contract. To make things worse, I was pressured to leave a five-star review as a condition to get my deposit back. Total lack of transparency, poor management, and very questionable practices. I do not recommend this company at all.

Thank you! I had a hard time finding an apartment in Zurich, but Nextgen was a great solution. I now have a lovely shared apartment with wonderful roommates. The team is incredibly helpful.🥰
