THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND All the high reviews are fake. They ask students to write a good review before they move in. Later, they will ignore all the problems you will have (and you will have a lot of them!), won't respond and won't care about you at all. This is the reason why you won't find any phone number on their website - they have many unhappy clients but don't want to be bothered! I got access to my apartment 4 days later than I should have and they didnt even have enough keys. I had to share keys with my flatmates for a whole month. Our fridge wasn't working, our flat was old and smelled weird... but you are not allowed to visit the place before you sign the contract, so you have no way of knowing. Please, choose a different agency. These guys will just prey on desperate students who dont have a place to stay.
