When renovating a villa in Ibiza we first worked with a local architect to provide us house plans which were not accurate. Luckily we met Björn who provided us with his 3D Laserscanning top accurate dimensions which facilitated the job tremendously. Also, as we were not always on the island he managed to send us an up-date of the construction situation on an ongoing basis with his magic 3D Laserscanning tool. This facilated us to manage the renovation project from distance easily and helped us to reduce trips and costs. Furthermore, for our rental business our clients appreciate to be able to virtual walk through the villa with Björn’s Virtual 3D Tour villa plans, which they find on our website. We believe this 3D Laserscanning technology is a must for any architect and builder as it shortens the house plan development and plan update process and so makes this part of the building process much cheaper.
