I truly cannot understand how such a reputable company could make such a false assessment (no loss in value!) regarding the investment value of properties located near wind turbines! According to real-world experience with 30,000 wind turbines in Germany, this typically results in a 30% loss in property value. After all, who wants wind turbines over 200 meters tall in their natural surroundings, with their noise, shadow flicker, flashing lights, and, above all, infrasound that can be harmful to certain individuals?
