I truly cannot understand how such a renowned company would make such an incorrect assessment (no loss of value!) of the value of real estate in the vicinity of wind turbines! According to real-life experience with 30,000 turbines in 🇩🇪, this typically results in a loss of value for real estate of 30%. After all, who wants 200-meter-high wind turbines in their natural surroundings, with noise, shadows, blinking, and, above all, infrasound that can make some people sick?
