Update: it got worse. Not only they didn't comply to what has been agreed, when we settled for an amount, they kept harassing us to pay the amount THEY agreed to discount! I feel extremely anxious with their harassing behaviour and will file an official complaint if I receive any more contact attempts from them. They are very disorganized but do help - if you help yourself. At first we were told they were totally free unless they fulfilled the contract - which turned out to be wrong information. Then, the person I was working with made several mistakes - from not knowing details about their services to bringing visitors at times we specifically told them not to. Then we had to be re-assigned to another person, and to be completely honest, they did bring people to see our place but the follow up was 100% done by my assistant. If I had relied only on Better Homes, I would still be waiting. I'm glad I left after only 2 months. Right now, I was very clear that I wanted a new tenant who would take the place as is - but the one they found wanted the place painted. It's still in the air whether they will keep their word and pay for the painting as they have not fully delivered on what I clearly asked or if I will have to pay for their lack of attention to detail. Happy to come back with an edit after this issue gets resolved.
