We had a very positive experience working with Vanessa Palinkas as our real estate agent. She was always professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Thanks to her great suggestions and strong understanding of the market, our house was sold quickly and under very good conditions. Vanessa was also highly responsive and consistently got back to us promptly, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed.
The service and dedication provided by our agent, Ms. Corrales was impeccable. Friendly, efficient and honest. I couldn't give 6 stars but it was well deserved.
We do not recommend. Often something would be agreed, and Neho would do something different on their own. After our posting, they tried to schedule showings for 3 weeks later (they were busy!). After showings, they didn't follow up with prospects (not to seem too eager!); we had to follow up to generate interest, and receive offers. We closed the deal with the eventual buyers. Later, Neho changed the sales contract from what was agreed with Buyers/Sellers and didn't inform us: causing a great deal of confusion. They work how they want, when they want. If we had not chased them for listing, showings, agreements, etc we would never have sold our flat.
