Hear this. I did an evaluation of my property on realadvisor website and got a number that made sense. To be on the safe side I also calculated the value of a neighboring property, which gave somewhat lower estimate than my apartment. Hundreds of reviews on trust pilot and google praise real advisor for their accurate evaluations, and I saw why. But then next morning a very rude representative from realadvisors called me and asked to visit my apartment to give me another evaluation because apparently the one on their website overestimates the value :) that the website estimate means nothing and that my apartment is worth less! :) He was talking over me and didnt listen to me all. Strange experience indeed. I do think that the estimate on their website was pretty good despite the bizarre efforts of their agent to diminish the value of my apartment.
