I had a disappointing experience with Silver Nest Relocation Zurich. While I initially expected a smooth and professional service, several issues made the process frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and it often took longer than expected to receive responses. Additionally, some aspects of the service did not meet the standards that were promised at the beginning. There were also delays that impacted my relocation timeline, which caused unnecessary stress. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of organization, transparency, and customer support. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the company takes steps to improve their service in the future.

Finding a house in Zurich is already a difficult challenge, let alone doing it in just one month and during the holiday season. Can't recommend them enough! Caroline and Angelique did a fantastic job in finding me a new home in Zurich while I was living and working in another country, not yet in possession of a Swiss resident permit and very unfamiliar with the Zurich housing market. The whole process took about 3 weeks, and they managed to secure me a nice apartment just after a single round of in-person viewings, which resulted in 2 lease offers out of 3 applications. I'm sure that if I were less constrained by my full-time job in a different country, the process would have been even faster. During the whole process, the communication was very clear and they kindly answered all my questions, either via WhatsApp or E-mail. During the accompanied viewings they spoke with the owners/tenants on my behalf (I'm not able to speak the local language yet), properly advised me on many aspects, and took care of all the paperwork.
