My husband and I relocated to Zurich from the United States and were quickly overwhelmed by the housing market here (which was surprising considering we spent several years living in NYC). We don’t speak German (yet) and the application process is quite competitive. We moved here in April and had to find an apartment by July, when our temporary housing ended. Caroline worked with us and right away we felt reassured that we will come out of this with an apartment we love. During the process, I saw 4 apartments before we were accepted to one that we were really excited about. Caroline made the entire process smooth and easy, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She was responsive, communicative, and always open to answering my questions, no matter how trivial they might be. My experience with Silver Nest Relocation Zurich was unfortunately far from satisfactory. I chose this company expecting a smooth and stress-free relocation process, but the reality was quite the opposite. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and often unclear. It frequently took longer than expected to receive responses, and in some cases, I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. This lack of responsiveness created unnecessary uncertainty during an already stressful relocation period. There were also noticeable issues with organization and planning. Certain details that should have been handled proactively seemed to be overlooked or addressed at the last minute. As a result, parts of the relocation process felt rushed and poorly coordinated. Additionally, timelines were not met as initially discussed. Delays occurred without sufficient explanation, which significantly disrupted my schedule. For a relocation service—where timing is critical—this was particularly frustrating. Another concern was the lack of transparency in certain aspects of the service. Expectations set at the beginning did not fully align with what was ultimately delivered, which led to disappointment. Overall, the experience did not meet the level of professionalism and reliability I was expecting. There is clear room for improvement in communication, organization, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this company.

Can't recommend them enough! Caroline and Angelique did a fantastic job in finding me a new home in Zurich while I was living and working in another country, not yet in possession of a Swiss resident permit and very unfamiliar with the Zurich housing market. The whole process took about 3 weeks, and they managed to secure me a nice apartment just after a single round of in-person viewings, which resulted in 2 lease offers out of 3 applications. I'm sure that if I were less constrained by my full-time job in a different country, the process would have been even faster. During the whole process, the communication was very clear and they kindly answered all my questions, either via WhatsApp or E-mail. During the accompanied viewings they spoke with the owners/tenants on my behalf (I'm not able to speak the local language yet), properly advised me on many aspects, and took care of all the paperwork.
