Carlos and Adele were absolutely nice and my coffee was perfect. My visit was paired with pleasant conversation. I’ve never seen an architecture firm with this concept. I think it’s cool.
We were invited to a private dinner at Xania's showroom and were absolutely thrilled. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet the people behind the concept in person – incredibly friendly, warm, and genuine. Their customer focus and dedication ensured that individual wishes and questions were addressed, making us feel completely at ease at all times. The showroom itself is a true highlight: tastefully furnished with meticulous attention to detail and an exceptional sense of style and aesthetics. It's immediately apparent that this isn't just a place to view real estate, but a holistic approach to living. Thank you for this special evening!
Tip top!
XANIA Real Estate Zurich offers comprehensive services for exclusive properties that exceed conventional standards. A particular highlight is their unique, high-quality showroom in Zurich, featuring a diverse range of materials and furnishing examples. Thank you for the reliable and successful collaboration!
Surfing on zurich property bubble; over speculation. Construction permit shall be forbidden for this group. Much better value for money with HRS and AllReal. Xania is Destroying expensive properties to make super expensive ones… no market, no bid, they need to offer Ferrari to try and attract people. This is a real joke.
