For starters- they advertised this as an apartment when it’s a very small room with a bathroom. But my real issue is when I lost the key, they told me they have to replace the lock system and wouldn’t give me a spare until I paid. So I paid 800 sf (1,014 American dollars) I asked for a receipt to show they replaced the lock and they refuse to show me. That was in January and they have yet to provide a receipt for the lock change. I wouldn’t trust booking with them.

Our experience with this accommodation was unacceptable and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, we were unable to check-in on the day of arrival due to access and key issues. The host did not respond to repeated calls or messages in an urgent situation, forcing us to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation. When communication was eventually established, there was no apology or meaningful effort to address the situation. Upon accessing the apartment later, its condition did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards (dirty walls, stained curtains, poorly maintained balcony areas). The only clear interest shown by the host was at the time of departure, when we were asked to leave a positive review, which raises concerns about the reliability of existing ratings. Due to the inability to access the property, Booking.com had to intervene and reimburse our alternative accommodation. This business shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for guests. I would not recommend it.

I experienced an excellent service - whenever I needed help or something needed to be fixed - within one day it was resolved. I highly appreciate your hospitality especially when you are new to Zurich, this apartment made me feel home instantly and the agency was with me along the way. Really good service from Fabian & Joana ! Will be definitely contacting them when I need a new short term stay and recommending it to my friends and family. I don’t usually bother writing reviews but they accepted us even if we contacted last minute and had a ready really good apartment cleaned in the center of Zurich at a good price in just 3h! Surprising service (fast, young, professional) that definetly deserves 5 stars. 🙏🏼
