Posizione centralissima, silenziosa , tranquilla, ottima zona per soggiorni brevi, sia per turismo che per divertimento. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Un ringraziamento speciale a Andy, che, con pazienza, gentilezza e molta educazione ha risolto i nostri inconvenienti durante il soggiorno. Una persona che fa la differenza. Sicuramente torneremo. For starters- they advertised this as an apartment when it’s a very small room with a bathroom. But my real issue is when I lost the key, they told me they have to replace the lock system and wouldn’t give me a spare until I paid. So I paid 800 sf (1,014 American dollars) I asked for a receipt to show they replaced the lock and they refuse to show me. That was in January and they have yet to provide a receipt for the lock change. I wouldn’t trust booking with them.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. War schon mehrmals in verschiedenen Wohnungen. Immer sehr gute Lage, es ist sauber und das Team reagiert sofort und lösungsorientiert, wenn man irgendwelche Fragen oder Anliegen hat. Ich werde ZR auch in Zukunft wählen. ACHTUNG SCHIMMEL - GESUNDHEITSGEFÄHRDENDE APARTMENTS!!! Wohnung mit mehreren Schimmelherden vermiete - vor allem im Schlafzimmer - dies haben wir 9 minuten nach Einzug gemeldet - unsere Meldungen sowie Rückerstattungsanfragen wurden mehrfach einfach ignoriert

Our experience with this accommodation was unacceptable and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, we were unable to check-in on the day of arrival due to access and key issues. The host did not respond to repeated calls or messages in an urgent situation, forcing us to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation. When communication was eventually established, there was no apology or meaningful effort to address the situation. Upon accessing the apartment later, its condition did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards (dirty walls, stained curtains, poorly maintained balcony areas). The only clear interest shown by the host was at the time of departure, when we were asked to leave a positive review, which raises concerns about the reliability of existing ratings. Due to the inability to access the property, Booking.com had to intervene and reimburse our alternative accommodation. This business shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for guests. I would not recommend it.

Das Angebot an Wohnungen mitten in der Stadt ist einfach grandios. Die Ausstattung und Möblierung entsprach zu 100% meinen Bedürfnissen. Danke an das gesamte ZR-Team für die tolle Betreuung während meines Aufenthaltes in Zürich. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!
