Absolute rubbish, so many issues with their online service, mustb have done the docs 10 times and then forced to switch to manual process.. avoid.

Starting a new company in Switzerland (as an Ex-Pat but with 25 years of living here and having previously opened businesses here) is formulaic but still can be difficult and frustrating. I was advised by ZKB to use the firm Jurata AG to do this. This was not available last time I started a company, but I can say without doubt that I wish it had been. Jurata were excellent. Easy to follow, clear and concise. Communicative in a very friendly but fully informed and professional way. Even when the complexity of getting electronic signature verification for Non-EU based directors was causing difficulties, Jurata remained by my side and we calmly got everything done. The company is formed and able to commence commercial activity and that is largely due to Jurata. Thank you.
