The moving was ok but did not have a good experience with the cleaning. After discussions we did come to some arrangements.

I have been using Umzugservice Zurich GmbH since 2020, in all the case for office needs: 4 moves and several junk removals. The very last time was on Feb/March 2025, and it was the most complicated projevct, having many vendors involved. One of those vendors was Umzugservice Zurich GmbH. Not only transfers within the city permiters, but also a transfer of goods form Zurich to Geneva. In each and every occasion they were able to execute timely the tasks assigned, with cost efficient solutions and with an open mind. I had to quote and execute several interventions, one week after the other due to the complexity of the office downsizing. Every time offers were honest, sent in time, and the service provided by the onsite staff of the best quality. One additional pro it must be mentioned is the staff's capacity to find a solutions when everything is apparently going wrong. They turned the situation upside down and success was guaranteed. I will use them again in the future, and I personally recommend Umzugservice Zurich GmbH. Each reaction/action from the Company was fast, punctual and efficient, from setting an appointment in order to calculate the costs to the final invoicing. I'm rating the entire workflow as extremely good, a top-notch service under every aspect and offering a very honest cost. Definitively our next first choice.

Fantastic moving company! They were very prompt in response to all questions and accommodating to my changing schedule. The movers operated with care and were very professional. All of our stuff was moved with no issues. The lead mover for us was extremely helpful, installing our lights, reassembling our furniture and even giving us the time to get a sense of how the bed would look in the new room with different placement options, prior to reassembling. Their cleaning service was also top-notch. I couldn't believe how clean they made my old apartment, including the oven, etc. Overall, extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again in the future.

Umzugsservice Zürich GmbH has done our move, the cleaning of our apartment, helped to pick-up a big-sofa from the furniture store and assembled a closet for us. The entire process from requesting the service, discussing the date and what is needed, ordering the moving boxes, executing the service and the invoice process was absolutely smooth, fast and professional. The team is extremely well organised & fast, very friendly and customer service is outstanding.
