The instructors are very friendly and they explain the topics clearly and understandably. I really enjoyed the basic course and I will take all future courses at the Watchman Academy as well.

Hello Two Saturdays ago, my daughter was at the Jade nightclub. She was forcibly pulled out of the restroom by a security guard because she'd been in there a bit too long. She wasn't feeling well. Instead of knocking and asking if everything was alright, if she needed help, he ripped the door off the restroom, grabbed her arm, and tried to pull her out. She called me. I only heard her screaming desperately, begging him to let her go, saying he was hurting her and, "Mommy, help me, he's hurting me." And this was at 2 a.m.! I knew she was at the Jade and immediately drove to get her. I wanted to go inside and talk to these people to find out why they were so aggressive, what the reason was for her being thrown out. But my daughter insisted I didn't go in because she knew exactly how I would react. In any case, this is an absolutely outrageous act of rudeness. Security staff understand things differently. Next time, and I hope it doesn't happen again, I'll do things differently. Regards, Maria
