We had our 17 kWp solar system installed by Felix/FelixSolar and are still completely satisfied after about two years of operation. Solarwatt modules were installed, each with SolarEdge optimizers, along with two SolarEdge inverters – a combination that has been absolutely reliable so far. We also installed a BYD battery. Compared to several quotes we received, the price-performance ratio was clearly the best. The consultation was also concise and to the point. The entire process – from signing the contract to completion – took about three months. The delay was mostly due to winter weather (snow and rain) and wasn't a problem for us at all. The after-sales service is also excellent: Minor technical errors or problems at the beginning were resolved immediately. Once, an optimizer had to be replaced, which was handled quickly and easily (under warranty). We can wholeheartedly recommend FelixSolar and especially Felix – competent, fair, and reliable from start to finish! Update: Another 5 stars! The inverter was defective, but SolarEdge quickly resolved the issue and replaced it promptly! Thank you!

Seit diesem Jahr Kunde bei Felix Solar. Von Kauf bis Inbetriebnahme hat es ca 3 Wochen gedauert. Der gesamte Prozess lief Reibungslos. Angebot war übersichtlich und verständlich. Preis war unschlagbar. Lieferung, Montage & Inbetriebnahme war 1A! Perfekte & Elegante Montage der Anlage. Optisch ansprechend. Insgesamt 5 Sterne. Da wirklich alles ohne Probleme & hervorragend geklappt hat. Wir hatten einen Teil der nach der Inbetriebnahme defekt wurde. Diese wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen ausgetauscht und die Anlage läuft wieder perfekt. Super Erfahrung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
