This company has no responsibility for the agreement they proposed, made and signed. This company promised my company to send machine parts to fix the failure of the welding machine they created, namely the LAR unit and its accessories, where it was written in the agreement that the replacement should all be the same as the one we have in Bekasi. It turned out that the replacement sent was not the same as promised, even worse, the part of the LAR called the tendency straightening unit needed 30 minutes to set-up each time we need to change diameter, compared to 5 minutes using the same unit we had in Bekasi. Even worse, right now we were accused of having received training from their technician. Even though it was written in the agreement, training would only be given after the trial or testing was completed and now the condition is that the trial has yet to be completed. Very unprofessional and fraudulent actions.
I am from PT Pratama Indonesia. I feel very upset and disappointed by Schlatter Industries AG. Just imagine, I bought a new machine with a purchase contract in 2019 which I paid off in January 2021, until now in 2025, the machine has not been handed over, even training has not been done. How is it possible for an international company as big as Schlatter treating its loyal customer like this? Very unprofessional. Before this problematic unit, I had bought 4 units of machines and had a good relationship for more than 20 years, I feel right now my loyalty is not appreciated by the company, instead being toyed with. What is really going on with Schlatter's management now?
The company is making every effort to meet the high requirements.
There is no parking for trucks, unloading on the ramp or from the side, very inconvenient to turn around so you have to go out onto the street in reverse, from 7am-4pm
Sobametal in DZ acquired equipment from Schlatter in 1986 and 1989. We contacted Schlatter for an intervention (equipment breakdown) in 2022 and 2023. The response to our requests was negative. The new team from the 2000s does not live up to Schlatter's reputation. Too bad? Hello.
