FeGlas AG

My experience with FeGlas was disappointing. The appointment to measure four window seals was arranged through my property management company, which then forwarded my contact information to FeGlas. After initial contact, a 7:00 AM appointment was suggested. I explained that my grandson was visiting from the USA and would likely still be asleep due to jet lag. During the conversation, it was suggested that the technician could simply enter the bedroom while he was asleep. I explained that I was not comfortable with this solution and requested a later appointment. When I later asked if the appointment could be rescheduled from 1:00 PM to after 4:00 PM on the same day, or alternatively to another day, I was informed that a rescheduling fee of CHF 150 would apply. I was not informed of this fee beforehand, and I did not authorize the work myself. What should have been a simple rescheduling process was handled unnecessarily complicated and confrontational. I found the communication inflexible and unprofessional, especially since it was only a short appointment to measure four window seals. In my experience, clearer communication and more flexibility in scheduling would be desirable.
