I contacted Paul as my cooker wasn’t heating up when in the fan mode. He came out the very next day to look at it. He advised that the fan element was definitely broken, but also the motor was running slow. He left the decision to have a new motor fitted up to me, putting me under no pressure, but as his prices reasonable & the parts were guaranteed for 12 months I decided to have a new motor fitted too. He was very friendly & tidy, leaving no mess. Would recommend Paul if people needed a appliance repaired He also threw in a new cooker bulb too. Thank Paul much appreciated
