Took my Ebac washing machine away to replace the bearings under warranty since it came back it's never been the same noisy and wobbling a lot, (and also dented and scratched it). They came back out to have a look at it took it apart said couldn't find anything wrong with, it's still the same. I contacted Ebac and they sent one of their engineers out, Appliance service center repairs had not put the machine back together correctly, the springs were in the wrong position on the drum and the shock absorbers underneath were incorrectly positioned, that is what the Ebac engineer told me, it is all good now.

Visited after I had issues with my Dyson vacuum. The gentlemen was extremely helpful and polite and told me not to worry. Within a few short days my vacuum was working again, can’t recommend highly enough. There’s a huge variety of appliances in store and there competitively priced. Would not go anywhere else after this

Malcolm has been fantastic this morning, he went above and beyond to assist with my repair.
We recently had a built in dishwasher replaced and fitted at a really good price. We are based in Sheldon. The installation was done to a really good standard, fits perfectly into our kitchen unit. The customer service has been excellent as well. Highly recommend for any appliance repairs or replacements!

Malcolm came out for a washing machine repair,brilliant service, lovely, honest gentleman, was very fast, very reliable, always makes me feel comfortable and at ease when attending, kept me informed and updated when on his way to me and it took him only 10 mins to locate the issue and sort it for me which was a blockage. I was a very stressed mother and he always comes through and saves the day whenever ive had issues with my washing machines in the past,fast replies and he even held up the washing machine for me so I could vac underneath before putting it back😂
