Although the communication and response times leading up to the booking were a bit delayed, they were very efficient in sending an engineer out the next business day. The onsite service was brilliant. The engineer arrived exactly on time and fixed my dishwasher very quickly. Fantastic technical work!

Excellent, highly responsive, usefully local to me, appliance repair service. Fixed my washing machine (inlet water flow valve replaced).Came out the next day, fixed it a few days later once part had been ordered and received. I would recommend them.

Needed a seal replaced on my parents washing machine. SD Appliances replied to my request for a quote straight away. Gave an honest quote the same day after confirming the machine details and came out to fix it within a couple of days. The seal was replaced with the correct part, tested with me present to see it's working fine and no more leak. Very impressive service. Thanks. I highly recommend them for any appliance issues.

A really excellent service and highly recommended. Fast reply to my initial emailed contact form (within hours) and the engineer came out the very next morning. Phoned ahead with an arrival time, fixed the problem quickly - I had thought that parts needed replacing on my seven year old Neff washer/drier but this was not necessary and the engineer showed me exactly what the problem was. Very reasonable call out fee - this was all I was charged for the repair. Why can’t all service engineers be this efficient, responsive and professional! The company was recommended to me by a neighbour and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. A huge thank you to Steven!
