Excellent, highly responsive, usefully local to me, appliance repair service. Fixed my washing machine (inlet water flow valve replaced).Came out the next day, fixed it a few days later once part had been ordered and received. I would recommend them.

I cannot recommend SD Appliance Repairs enough. Steve responded to me over the Xmas period by whatsapp and arrived promptly at 9am today. He was very clear and honest explaining that the cost of repairing my tumble dryer was not worthwhile. He recommended a replacement (at no profit to himself) and only charged me his standard callout fee. Having used other repairers in the past and been upsold a very costly inefficient repair it was refreshing to find an honest company. I definately recommend Steve.

A really excellent service and highly recommended. Fast reply to my initial emailed contact form (within hours) and the engineer came out the very next morning. Phoned ahead with an arrival time, fixed the problem quickly - I had thought that parts needed replacing on my seven year old Neff washer/drier but this was not necessary and the engineer showed me exactly what the problem was. Very reasonable call out fee - this was all I was charged for the repair. Why can’t all service engineers be this efficient, responsive and professional! The company was recommended to me by a neighbour and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. A huge thank you to Steven!
