Manny helped us design a garage to office conversion and front extension to our new home. He was able to make the most of the layout and add aesthetic features which we would not have thought of since this is our first project of this type. He drew up the plans and submitted them for planning on our behalf. He was also able to put us in contact with builders and building control. I needed an architect to draw and submit plans for an extension to my house and guide me through the whole journey. I emailed Manny and he called out to see us at the time and date agreed. He was very professional from the off but also very approachable and suggested a few ideas to us. He drew up the plans and after we had made a couple of amendments he submitted them and gained planning approval.
