We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Coventry Bathrooms. From the very beginning, Richard was incredibly helpful with the design and planning. He took the time to understand what we wanted, offered honest advice about what would and wouldn't work in the space, and helped us arrive at a design that made the best use of our room. The pricing was completely transparent throughout, with no pressure and no surprises, which gave us confidence from the start. Darren, our fitter, has been fantastic. The quality of his workmanship has been excellent, and he has been friendly, professional and considerate throughout the entire project. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always flexible around our family's needs and timings. We particularly appreciated how understanding he was regarding a family member's anxiety, accommodating us when we needed to adjust plans, and even finishing a little earlier one day so we could attend our son's show. He was also incredibly patient with our barking dog, Baxter, who loved Darren coming down to fuss him (he is really missing him now the job is finished!) Darren kept everything remarkably tidy, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day and even hoovering up the cat hair from our stairs. It was clear that he took pride not only in his work but also in respecting our home. The overall cost was very competitive and represented excellent value for money, especially given the high standard of workmanship and service we received. My outdated bathroom was pretty much falling apart and was screaming for a renovation. I knew what my budget was, had an idea what it should cost to fit a new bathroom, just needed someone reliable to do the job. And that’s when I saw Richard’s video. I liked what he said, called him and it was a smooth process after that. My bathroom fitter was Joe. Don’t let his young age fool you. His exceptional work ethic is something I’ve never seen before. Utterly shocking in the best way possible. True professional with excellent manners. The one who does the extra mile. My new bathroom has not only met my expectations but way beyond that. We had Sean convert our bathroom to a shower room in September and cannot fault either him or Richard. Great communication with Richard while organising dates, clear breakdown of costs and time lines and smooth process throughout and visited on completion to make sure we were happy. Sean’s work ethic is impeccable and arising issues dealt were quickly and stress free. Great quality units and fitted to a very high standard. He cleaned down and informed us of the progress each day. Would highly recommend Coventry Bathrooms to anyone!

In brief, owner/designer Richard and fitter Darren met or exceeded every expectation that we had for a bathroom company. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. The showroom experience was excellent with a straightforward pricing model and no pressure selling. Any choices that would incur an additional charge were clear and there were no surprise costs. Richard took into account our requirements for the complete refit, and happily made suggestions that might not otherwise have occurred to us. Fitter Darren was exemplary throughout. He was conscientious, timely and happy to discuss any of the work so we understood what was going on at every point. I must highlight his attention to detail with the tiling - every feature, (window, radiator, toilet and sink) was meticulously centred on the respective tiles behind it. Fantastic work. Our bathroom was completed in February 2024 and we haven't had a single issue with it since. The work completed has been bulletproof. If I am honest, I think the exterior of the showroom slightly belies the standard of work that you will receive. Again, if I needed another bathroom I would be back to them in a heartbeat.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Coventry Bathrooms. Excellent service from beginning to end. Everything included in the price, skip, tiles, all supplies, builder, electrician. James the builder ensured everything ran smoothly and cleaned up afterwards. Carpets etc protected. I had a bathroom and ensuite completely refurbished within 3 weeks. I love both bathrooms.
