Unique Building Services & Interiors

Excellent service from start to completion! Patrick provided Excellent service on the design, giving me advice on products and layout. It gave me confidence and assurance with my decisions and I've ended up with a fabulous bathroom I couldn't be more pleased with. Steve the fitter was brilliant, as was Phil the electrician. Everything was well organsed, I was barely inconvenienced as they were thoughtful, considerate, punctual and left a clean & tidy space every time. Their work is of a very high standard, and their attention to detail Excellent. Designed & built to last I would highly recommend these lovely guys, top professionals!

It is my pleasure to share about the service I received from Unique Building Services & Interiors. I was supported throughout with sound advice from Patrick and particularly skilled and finished workmanship from Steve and the team. Using excellent products, they went the extra mile to ensure that I was very happy with my new bathroom.

Just had our bathroom completed. What a transformation. Cant believe its the same room. They worked so hard to get it right. Nothing was to much even when we asked them to change a couple of things. When we asked questions they always took time to explain. We are so please. Please look at the before and after pictures you won't believe it either. Would recommend them. Thank you. Andy and Sue.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. The whole team was professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. The work was completed quickly without compromising on quality, and everything was left clean and tidy each day. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered all our questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly service.

Our bathroom looks great! A few hiccups but they made sure it was communicated to us and sorted regardless! For the small space we had Patrick made sure all we wanted would work! Steve done an amazing job fitting and we are very pleased with the outcome! Thanks guys!

Many thanks Unique Building Services, Great service form Patrick, who listened to what we wanted & took the time to help us design our new bathroom, home visits and meeting us at the showroom to go though the products which are superior to other local bathroom suppiers- the service is way and beyond - big thanks as well for making the bathroom transformation Mark and Kieron. - excellent workmanship, polite, friendly and respectful to ourselves and our home, mess kept to a minimum- highly recommend - cheers again Patrick , Mark, Kieron and Phil UBS

From the outset, Patrick provided very helpful advice on the installation of my new shower. Steve did an excellent job with the installation and kept me updated on the progress of the job. A very efficient & friendly service from start to completion.

Had our bathroom re-fitted April 2026. Patrick has been great throughout the project making great suggestions to improve our original ideas. Always kept us updated as to progress and what would happen when, resolving any issues as they arose. Mark (installer) was fantastic. Arrived each day on time, working diligently all day showing pride and professionalism in his work. His helpers, Kieran and Ryan were both also hardworking and polite/courteous. Our new bathroom looks just as i had pictured it. We are extremley grateful to all involved for providing such a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have thier bathroom re-fitted.

From the initial visit by Patrick to the completion of the bathroom, the process worked very smoothly. The design took into account all our requirements, modernising our 50 year-old bathroom and adding a large shower cubicle. The fitters, led by Mark were a pleasure to have in the house and all the rubbish was removed the moment the bathroom was completed, without having to wait for a skip to be collected. Many thanks.

What a great job. From Patricks first visitt to Ryans meticulous cleaning up it has been a joy to have the team here. Patrick spotted a few potential hiccups with the 1940s bathroom but Marks consumate skill and experience soon sorted them out. Phil fitted in so well to get the electrics sorted it was a really smooth job done. We are really pleased with the result, a bathroom that fits my needs-easy to use and clean. Cheers guys.🙂
