The work was completed quickly without compromising on quality, and everything was left clean and tidy each day. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered all our questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and has exceeded our expectations. Had our bathroom re-fitted April 2026. Patrick has been great throughout the project making great suggestions to improve our original ideas. Always kept us updated as to progress and what would happen when, resolving any issues as they arose. Mark (installer) was fantastic. Arrived each day on time, working diligently all day showing pride and professionalism in his work. His helpers, Kieran and Ryan were both also hardworking and polite/courteous. Our new bathroom looks just as i had pictured it. We are extremley grateful to all involved for providing such a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have thier bathroom re-fitted.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with unique bathroom services, from our initial meeting, quoting, visiting the showroom right until the finished bathroom. The whole process was very smooth & stress free. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, with great ideas & excellent communication skills. The project was managed really well sticking to the times agreed. Mark & Ryan installed the bathroom & the quality of the work done is remarkable & completely transformed the room. Mark resolved issues extremely well with no fuss & did a great job fitting the shower tray with easy access for restricted mobility. Phil the electrician also did a great job. We would wholly recommend them.

That’s how you do UNIQUE bathrooms! From the first meeting with Patrick we knew we were in capable hands and the recommendation was justified. Patrick brought a wealth of knowledge and clearly had years of experience in working with customers to deliver bathrooms that combine functionality with aesthetic design; he gave us the confidence that is missing in many tradesman these days. After numerous meetings at home and at the showroom with lots of designs going to and fro, we were introduced to our installation team, Mark and Ryan. Mark clearly had years of experience in bathroom installation and consulted us at every stage to ensure we were happy with the progress; any small changes were accommodated happily and without question. And a last minute issue with the toilet did not stop the team; Patrick took ownership and drove all the way to Bristol to pick it up! They have brought to life our design and created a bathroom that is practical, stunning and UNIQUE! Highly recommended!
