Got a survey done few months back which was all good but now wanted to get the work done and been calling them via phone and whatsapp since a week but no one picks the phone or responds on whatsapp.
Agreed appointment between 11 and 12, and was told they would call me half an hour beforehand. None of this happened. I messaged them after 12, and then they called at 1.30 saying they can come and do a survey at around 3pm as they had a couple of surveys which massively overran. Do I stay at home and wait all day for a surveyor to come? Wasted my whole morning waiting for them to call. Extremely disappointed, and I was willing to get my damp problem sorted with the right company, which this isn't.
