Got a survey done few months back which was all good but now wanted to get the work done and been calling them via phone and whatsapp since a week but no one picks the phone or responds on whatsapp.
A fantastic service from Professional Damp Experts. A delightful and professional team who worked very hard and got the job done exactly as planned. They provided excellent customer service from dealing with my initial enquiry, to arranging a site visit, being visited same day and receiving their quote later that same day. The entire process was thoroughly explained during the job and both their preparation and their clean up was very thorough. Highly recommend the company to anyone looking to sort out any damp prohlems in their home.

Agreed appointment between 11 and 12, and was told they would call me half an hour beforehand. None of this happened. I messaged them after 12, and then they called at 1.30 saying they can come and do a survey at around 3pm as they had a couple of surveys which massively overran. Do I stay at home and wait all day for a surveyor to come? Wasted my whole morning waiting for them to call. Extremely disappointed, and I was willing to get my damp problem sorted with the right company, which this isn't.
