Beware, They use Hermes/Evri who have a reputation as the worst couriers in the business. You'll wait a long time if you even get your goods at all

Sent for a 2 and half ltr emulsion in coloud Seashell.... Received a 750ml tin of wbite GLOSS.<br>Sellers mistske, not mine!, yet i was not believed and had to send photos and numerous emails ( i'm not too savvy at doing this ).<br>No communication from seller for days.<br>In tge end ONBUY Sorted it for me, Thank you Onbuy!. DECOR SAVE NOT RECOMMENDED ... and no apology.
Nice store, decent stock, but customer service needs improving.I went here 10 mins before it was due to close, after a mad dash to get there. I understand folks want to get home, but I didn't even get through the door and was told they were closing up. When I asked to clarify the time, it then turned into you have a few minutes. The attitude was hostile and I was going to leave, even my husband said don't spend anything with them. However as I am decorating a new home I wanted something for every room, so decided to have a quick look around. I saw some things I liked, and one wall paper I really liked so I thought I'd get one roll for a feature wall (I was adamant not to buy it for a room that required a lot out of principle) luckily I really liked the design. I had money to spend and was ready to part with it until I met the attitude when I entered, so although i needed all the things; paste, tools etc I just got the one roll and left. If it's your first customer or last of the day you should be respectful and welcoming.
Moved away from the area but always go back to Decorsave Marsh Lane Erdington . Fabulous place with great variety and good value wallpaper choices. The daughter is in charge now and doing a great job too. Keep up the good work..
