Absolutely thrilled with our new front door from Jon Doors! The transformation is incredible, just look at the before and after photos. The door fits perfectly, looks stunning, and the workmanship exceeded all our expectations, came out better than expected!. Jon even matched the lead glass in the bay window perfectly, which really makes the whole front look seamless. Jon and Andy are both very friendly, professional, and approachable, and went the extra mile by replacing a night latch on an internal door for us, completely complimentary, even though it wasn’t part of the job (we supplied the latch). Their attention to detail really shows. Highly recommend Jon Doors, we couldn’t be happier with the big transformation! Thank you 😊🤗🙏🏻😁

Bit late in writing this, but had 2 lovely doors fitted and supplied by Jon’s Doors. Really pleased with the service and Tom who fitted them did a lovely job. Highly recommend and will be back for more!

First, important to convey that the door itself is very good, a bit expensive but very good. The 3 stars is more a reflection of the overall service. This started well with the visit to the showroom, initial visit to my home to measure up and quote and the agreed delivery and install date, taking into account my holidays. But, installation day itself and subsequent days were disappointing. The installer arrived well over an hour after the agreed time and given it was an early morning appointment i would have expected the 9:30am to be kept or as close as possible. I have a house alarm so prior to the visit for installation I removed the door contact and left this to one side, well out of the way. This contact has a backing that screws to the door with a small plastic box that houses an oblong magnet that clips to the backing to complete the connection once the door Is closed. There was no need to removed the other part of that connection circuit from the door frame. However, the installer had screwed the backing plate to the door and asked me, did he just clip the cover onto it. When I looked, the oblong magnet was missing. After lot of searching in the hall, his tool boxes, emptying his vacuum bag onto the garage floor and on hands and knees, searching through all the waste, the magnet was not found. He was going to come back the next day with a new magnet that would fit and it would be OK. He did not come back nor contact me. A day or two later I received an appointment request from Jon to come a touch up paintwork where the door had been planed. Upon his arrival he presented me with an alarm contact that did not have a magnet but that instead required wiring, totally in appropriate for my alarm system. I comment of the state of the frame to which I was told that I could simply remove all of the architrave and replace it!!!!!!! After his departure I realised, when leaving my house for the first time that I could not double lock the yale lock nor could I lock the dead bolts from the outside. I was due to go away for the weekend so needed this resolved. I contact Jon well in advance to be told the installer would not be available until the following Monday!!!!!!!!! These points just add up to disappointing service. Things easily rectified. In between I had the alarm company come.out and replace that door contact. This cost me £45.00. So, when the installer came back k to resolve the locking issues I ask him to pass on my note for the cost for the replacement alarm contact along with ny bank details. That was all quite. Few week ago now and I've heard nothing from Jon Doors nor have I received my £45.00. The photos attached show the contact box without magnet, to totally incorrect contact provided to try an resolve and the mess with the frame where the new lock was installed. Where the old housing was removed is of course my responsibility to deal with. So, little things can would have rwaukted in a much more positive review and I frequently post. Its rare for me to post negatively unless I really have a reason to do so.

We had our new door installed today by Jon from Jon Doors, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation was smooth, professional, and clearly done with care. The quality of the door itself is outstanding – it looks stunning, especially with the deep blue finish and modern design. We’re also really impressed with the integrated security locking sensors, which add an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Jon was friendly, efficient, and left everything neat and tidy.
