⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish After having problems with a previous flooring installation by another company, I had to remove everything and start again from scratch. A friend recommended Flooring Surgeon, and I'm so glad they did. Sina came to inspect the floor and immediately identified exactly what needed to be done to eliminate the bouncy areas and ensure the floor was fitted properly. The installation was carried out by Ryan and Mark. Although they were young, they were clearly very experienced, professional, and took great pride in their work. The finished floor looks fantastic, and everyone who has seen it has complimented it. The price was also very competitive. Thank you to the whole team for an excellent job. I would definitely use Flooring Surgeon again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely quality process from start to finish. Picking the flooring was simple and Kerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recommended the best floor for our needs. I originally chose a different colour, but then opted for the Desert Oak instead. This was no bother and the order amended. Instalation was effortless the guys arrived on time, removed all the old flooring and disposed of this and then fitted the herringbone. The finish is superb. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone! Thank you!

We had a very pleasant experience with Floor Surgeons. The whole team was incredibly helpful, and even after multiple visits they were patient and supportive in helping us make the right choice — especially Ed. They also gave us excellent advice on the correct subfloor preparation, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend their fitters Harry and his team - they had fantastic attention to detail and fit our floors perfectly.

Cannot recommend highly enough! The showroom is stunning with so much selection of beautiful flooring. We chose the Haze Oak herringbone laminate for our office room. Kerry who helped us in store was lovely and explained everything flawlessly. Jimmy was our fitter and he has done an absolutely outstanding job. He was so friendly and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the service and quality. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you 🙂
