Absolutely quality process from start to finish. Picking the flooring was simple and Kerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recommended the best floor for our needs. I originally chose a different colour, but then opted for the Desert Oak instead. This was no bother and the order amended. Instalation was effortless the guys arrived on time, removed all the old flooring and disposed of this and then fitted the herringbone. The finish is superb. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone! Thank you!

Top notch service all round. We previously had flooring from a different company that I hired someone to lay and despite the extortionate cost, was laid incorrectly therefore within six months the floor began to lift to the point when shards of plastic was peeling off often causing injury. Flooring surgeons were recommended to us and from start to finish the process was smooth, professional and flawless (not floor less 🤣) Initial consultation was informative and none judgemental and friendly with no obligation or pushiness (which I don't respond particularly well to). The floor was laid excellently. The floor layer arrived everyday on time and professionally. To lay 46sqm took 4 days so the distruption wasn't too bad either. We also paid for new skirting which I would definitely recommend doing as it just finishes the room. There was a minor hiccup that was resolved seamlessly and because of this it has not hindered my review. I'm not a big spender, I am sensible and quite tight with my money hence the mess we got into with our previous flooring. This was worth every single penny. It has completely uplifted our house to finally have a beautiful and safe floor after so long. Can't recommend enough. Thank you to everyone at flooring surgeons for your fantastic work

We had a very pleasant experience with Floor Surgeons. The whole team was incredibly helpful, and even after multiple visits they were patient and supportive in helping us make the right choice — especially Ed. They also gave us excellent advice on the correct subfloor preparation, which made a big difference. I would highly recommend their fitters Harry and his team - they had fantastic attention to detail and fit our floors perfectly.

Floor Surgeons were brilliant. Lots of quality flooring to choose from. We were a bit spoilt for choice. Kerry was polite and very helpful. We also had them fit the flooring. Armando came out to level and fit the flooring. He was amazing. On time, clean and did a perfect job. Couldn’t ask for more

I’m really impressed with the quality of the LVT honeycomb. Not the original Flooring I was intended to go for as there was a time delay not at fault of the supplier as it was a new flooring in stock, But was advised by a lovely lady called Kerry who said there was an alternative which was very little difference in colour. Once delivered promptly and fitted by my carpenter the results are amazing absolutely love it.
