Poor service and no communication. If they can't get back to you about a quote to start with that's poor for a company.

I had gates put up in front of my garage door to add additional security to my property and couldn't have had better service than this company.<br>City Gates were fantastic and provided a first class service from day one of the quotation stage. Vijay was exceptional and did everything in his power to accommodate me to my budget. The price that was agreed was reasonable and Vijay even threw in some added extras by giving my gates some additional design features which made the overall appearance much better 😀 I was really happy with the finished product and would absolutely without hesitation recommend this company for security gates and fencing. I even got to see the gates halfway through the manufacturing as I was invited to the workshop to ensure everything was going accordingly and to my specifications. An appointment made to do a home visit and measure. Very polite and punctual. We ordered and was told approx time for manufacture and fitting. Communication at all times. We used City Gates to design and install railings in the garden to secure an area for the kids to play with railings and a hand rail going upstairs (as our garden is on different levels). We dealt with VJ and from start to finish he has been amazing. He came and understood what we needed, gave his recommendations and quoted, sticking as close to our budget as possible. He was professional and the job was completed in a timely manor. The workmanship is excellent and the final look really completes the garden. Would definitely recommend.
