Prorenovate Construction Ltd

I hired Prorenovate Construction Ltd for a double-story extension based on their high Google rating, but it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. Initially, their team was very responsive, but the moment the initial deposit was paid, everything went downhill.<br>The project was supposed to start in March, but they didn't show up for three weeks without any prior notice. When I called, my calls were repeatedly ignored or I was given classic excuses ('supplier delays', 'staff sickness'). When the workers finally arrived, they worked for two days and left the site looking like a war zone with exposed bricks and mud everywhere, then disappeared for another week.<br>The project management is non-existent. You have to chase them daily just to get a basic update. Save your sanity and your money—do not trust the high ratings. Disorganized, unprofessional, and highly stressful to deal with

Outstanding construction company with a very professional approach from planning to completion. The workmanship was top quality, deadlines were respected, and the whole project was managed smoothly. Very expensive. They quote £4.5k for a job.<br>There is no load above two walls where I asked for steel to be installed. The span of 1.2 metres only. They quoted £4.5k. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’ve got too much money to spend go for it.

The guys at Prorenovate done an amazing job on our two storey extention. Both professional and friendly at all times, could 100% trust them to work and access the property whilst we were away, no mess was ever left. A grate team of people who worked hard and went over and above to help. We didn't have a massive job done, it was complicated to a good standard and they kept us out informed of what was happening. Would recommend and use them again.
