really good gym and staff but desperately would love it to be open 24 hours or even open a bit earlier
Top gym... Superb showers and changing rooms.... Adjustable temperature for the shower and very clean changing areas... Very modern and up to date.<br><br>Improvements? There's always room for improvements but these are minor in this gym... Just replace the tired seats that taped together with new ones... Though it does give it a hardcore look and there's nothing wrong with that... This gym has a Viking press machine but it could do with welding the weight horn as without a clip the weight can slowly slide away, again, no big deal.<br><br>It's not 24 hours but I'm practice it didn't affect me going to the gym..<br><br>11 out of 10 ... You'll be greeted with a very softly speaking gentleman at the front.. fully recommended...

Great facilities, hygiene and customer service. They have a wide range of bodybuilding equipment great for getting into shape. They have a huge matted area and a floating cage for martial arts and multi faith room just outside before you enter the gym. Staff are lovely and always willing to help if your unsure on how to use the machinery.
