Great facilities, hygiene and customer service. They have a wide range of bodybuilding equipment great for getting into shape. They have a huge matted area and a floating cage for martial arts and multi faith room just outside before you enter the gym. Staff are lovely and always willing to help if your unsure on how to use the machinery.

Let me start by saying this gym has fallen off catastrophically. It’s honestly one of the worst gyms in Birmingham right now — and that 2/10 rating? That’s me being extremely generous. There’s zero organisation. Half the punching bags are ripped to pieces and completely deflated, and the machines? Either ancient, broken, or constantly “getting fixed.” Funny how they’ve been “getting fixed” for months but somehow never actually are. Just empty promises on repeat. And the staff? Don’t even get me started. Some of them are straight-up rude and cheeky (you know exactly who you are, revert guy- you work as a gym staff member act your wage stop trying to be mystic Mac and wordy just be humble and move correct). You’re probs the main reason I’m making this. Please these lot seem far more interested in taking your money every month than actually maintaining a decent gym or treating members properly. Honestly, this place is a complete mess now. It used to have a reputation, but that’s long gone. The emptiness of the gym says it all — people have clearly clocked on and left. I’m cancelling mid-membership, and I never do that. I don’t even leave reviews, but this place was bad enough to make me break that rule. That should tell you everything. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — go somewhere else. I wouldn’t go near this place again, let alone train there. And to the owners: sort it out. Seriously… what happened? Also, don’t fall for the Instagram hype. They make it look amazing online, but in reality? Completely different story. You’ve been warned. Avoid. I recommend heavy duty fitness or premium gym. These lot are toooo far gone.

Decent Gym, good price, nice staff, good facilities. I've been to a few gyms around the area over the last 2 weeks, whilst not perfect I would say this is the best gym in the area. The variety and volume of equipment is good however they aren't all optimal or the best, and not very well maintained with ripped seats and benches everywhere and tape used as makeshift fixes. Untidy, visitors don't respect the gym here, weights left everywhere and on equipment. The place needs more lockers as they were all being used when I visited.

I’d had enough of commercial gyms so tried this one as a change a long time ago now for a few months. Equipment is good and there’s lots of it, place is clean and there are boxing bags you can use on the floor above if there’s no classes. I used them a couple of times for sparring as it’s quite private from the downstairs area. Ibby and his brother Sarj were lovely and made me feel safe and comfortable as it’s a male heavy gym. I didn’t realise it used to be a male only gym. Ibby’s workouts are great but definitely kill you off. Whilst it’s a good gym it was too male heavy so I did leave to look for a more female attended gym. Parking aswell is not the best as there’s not a lot of it but there are cameras for their car park to make sure it’s safer.

This is honestly the most untidy gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment was disgusting, with mould and built-up dust on the machines I used and I have pictures for proof. Pls clean your machines as well properly. I was shocked that people weren't getting sick there; I felt so grossed out that I left. There was a sign reminding everyone to put their weights back, yet weights were left on machines everywhere. Oh by the way just by arriving there, I was struck by the sight of garbage scattered on the streets, with rats running around the corner. I thought for a moment I was not going to the right place. I knew then that I wouldn’t be coming back.
