Joining The Pit Gym has genuinely been one of the most transformative decisions in my fitness journey. When I first started, I was unsure of my abilities and lacked confidence, but the environment here quickly helped shift that mindset. What sets this gym apart is the atmosphere—it’s intense, motivating, and built around real progress. There’s no ego and no judgement—just people pushing themselves and supporting each other. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve, whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced. My journey hasn’t been perfect—there have definitely been struggles along the way. But those challenges were my own personal battles, not a reflection of the gym itself. If anything, being at The Pit gave me the structure and support I needed to work through them and keep moving forward. Over time, I’ve seen huge improvements not just physically, but mentally too. My strength, discipline, and consistency have all grown, and I’ve developed a mindset that carries into other areas of life. The workouts are tough but rewarding, and every session feels like it has purpose. The Pit isn’t just a gym—it’s a community that pushes you to be better every day. I signed up in September 2024 after considering it for full 2 years. Kept looking at videos, before and afters and still stepped back because I thought "Nah, I could just do a routine at my local gym". Sure, ended up paying 2 years of a membership I never really used, I think I went 6 times. Waste of money, waste of time, I wished I had joined back then but at least I made it! This place has changed it all for me, the routine, the mindset, the stamina and most importantly, I reconnected with my body, added unexpected bonus. I thought I was fit because I used to run a few times a month but never really trained with weights...what a rude awakening it was! But necessary. When I started I couldn't lift the bar or the smallest dumbells. Now I can challenge myself and keep pushing it every day. Lost 2 sizes and started to see muscles I didn't know I had, and is all thanks to the trainers, the programme and the community. Made lots of friends here too. This gyn is both a fun place to workout and a challenge. If you want to step outside of your comfort zone and invest in yourself, this is your gym. Can't recommend it enough.

Before joining The PIT, I didn't have a great relationship with the gym. Feel lost when I go into a regular gym, not really sure what to do. Because of this, progress was slow, and without progress, there is no motivation to keep going. Since joining the PIT, this has changed. With the coaches' guidance and the unreal vibe and culture that's been set, I've found a passion and a bug for it. Love getting up every morning and getting in. The coaches allow you to do less thinking and just do! The mix of workouts, cardio sessions, and weight sessions keeps it fresh every single day, and the thorough diet means results are guaranteed as long as you lock in and do what the coaches say!!! Just started my 2nd cycle and can’t see myself leaving anytime soon. About to hit 10kg lost, I’m looking better, feeling great and firmly on my way to my goals. 2026 at the PIT is gonna help me in so many ways outside of the gym, it’s gonna be wild. It’s now the foundation of everything. Get signed up, join the gang, meet incredible people and become the person you've always wanted to be. LOCK IN!!! LFG 🚀

The Pit Gym is honestly so different to any other gym I’ve been to, and that’s exactly why it works. I’ve seen better results in 12 weeks than I ever did going to a normal gym. It’s helped me stay consistent in a way nothing else has before. The coaches Lewis, Ben, Matt, Tom, Joel and Kieran are all super inspiring and genuinely want you to hit your goals. They keep you accountable, push you when you need it, and support you the whole way through. They’re always there during sessions making sure your form is right and explaining things clearly, so you actually know what you’re doing instead of guessing. The planned sessions are a massive help too. You don’t have to think, you just turn up and train, and everything is designed to help you progress faster and get the most out of each session. Everyone is so friendly and motivating further helping you to reach your goals. It’ll become a place you look forward to going to. I honestly couldn’t recommend The Pit enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The PIT – A True Life-Changer If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. The PIT has completely transformed me, not just physically, but mentally too. As a woman, finding a gym that truly understands your goals and supports you every step of the way can be tough — but The PIT does exactly that. I’ve been lucky enough to do four Shred programs here, and each time I’ve pushed beyond what I thought I was capable of. With the guidance of Kieran and Lauren, helped me to reach photoshoot shape! Their energy, structure, and genuine care during the Shred created a space where I felt empowered, supported, and focused. One of the most special moments for me over the last four years was winning a PT session with Matt at the Promo Day after my second year. It meant the world, not just because I’d lost around 12kg at the time, but because I felt seen — not just for the number on the scales, but for my consistency, work ethic, and mental transformation too. As someone who didn’t have a huge amount to lose in terms of numbers on the scale, my whole body composition had changed and my mindset had completely levelled up! Being recognised like that was such a confidence boost — I was honestly over the moon. The day-to-day sessions at The Pit are just as incredible. The cardio sessions are fun, fast-paced, and the perfect mix of challenging and energising. The weight sessions have helped me gain strength and confidence, with every coach making sure my form is spot on and I’m always pushing myself safely. They’re knowledgeable, positive, and genuinely invested in your journey. 🫶🏼 Friday weigh-ins with Ben and Matt have been such a grounding part of my week. They have given me honest and empathetic feedback which has helped me stay focused, even when I’ve felt stuck or frustrated. The Hyrox camp with Harvey was also a standout experience — it gave me everything I needed to feel ready for race day, with high energy, check-ins on the group chats, running plans and a supportive group vibe. The community at The PIT is unmatched!— it’s been supportive, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting. It’s not just a gym, it’s a place where you feel seen, pushed, and celebrated.
