Before joining this gym, I had no experience with weightlifting and was honestly nervous about getting started. But from the moment I walked in, all of those worries disappeared.
The trainers are amazing. They meet you where you are, make sure your form is right, and give you the confidence to keep improving. Every session is already planned, so all you have to do is turn up, give it your all, and trust the process.
The community is another huge part of what makes this place special. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming, and it really keeps you motivated.
The nutrition plan was tailored to me and worked really well, and everything I've learned over the past year is something I'll take with me for life.
Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made. Nearly a year later, I feel like a completely different person—stronger, healthier, and so much more confident. The difference has been noticed by everyone around me, and it's become a genuine lifestyle change.
I honestly couldn't recommend this gym enough.

To be honest, The only word I can use to describe the PIT is exceptional from the support from the coaches to the overall community at the PIT. I would say to anyone who’s even thinking about joining to just do it honestly it’s the best decision you’ll ever make. I’ve been going to the PIT for a combined two years and I just feel like my overall quality of life has just skyrocketed.

Thanks to his knowledge, encouragement, and belief in me, I’ve achieved things I never imagined, including personal bests that I never thought were possible.

The Pit Gym hasn’t just helped me become physically stronger; it’s had such a positive impact on my confidence, mindset, and overall wellbeing. Every session challenges me, and I leave feeling stronger both mentally and physically.

If you’re looking for a gym with an amazing community, knowledgeable coaches, and people who genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals, The Pit Gym is the place to be. I never thought I would be the person writing a glowing review about a gym, but here we are.

There are still days when I don't feel like going, when the sofa seems far more inviting than a workout. But every single time I walk through those doors, that feeling disappears. By the time I leave, I am already looking forward to coming back.

The team here have made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Every one of the lads is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It's not just the staff either the fellow gym members have created a brilliant atmosphere where everyone feels like they belong.

You haven't just helped me get fitter; you've completely changed the way I see the gym. I went from someone who hated the idea of working out to someone who genuinely loves being here.

Thank you to everyone for creating such a positive, motivating place. You didn't just build a gymvyou built a community. Keep doing what you are doing! Love and respect.Rez
PS best gym in the country for sure

Joining The Pit Gym has genuinely changed my life. I started unsure if I could ever really turn things around, but the environment here made all the difference from day one. It's intense, motivating, and completely free of the usual gym intimidation — no ego, no judgement, just people pushing themselves and supporting each other.

The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress, whether you're a complete beginner or already experienced. They don't just give you a plan and leave you to it — they check in, correct your form, and push you in a way that builds real confidence alongside strength.

My journey hasn't been a straight line — training five days a week while working full time and juggling everything else life throws at you isn't always easy. But The Pit gave me the structure and accountability to keep showing up, even on the tough days. The changes haven't just been physical — my discipline, mindset, and confidence have completely transformed too.

The Pit isn't just a gym, it's a community that pushes you to be better every day while genuinely backing you the whole way. If you're serious about changing your life, this is the place to do it.

I've honestly got nothing but good things to say about PIT Gym.

For years, I was stuck in the cycle of losing weight, only to put it all back on again. I tried different programmes and worked with personal trainers, but I never saw the results I really wanted.

Working with Ben has been completely different. He keeps me accountable, is always there to support me, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His dedication to helping his clients succeed is second to none.

I genuinely don't think I could have achieved what I have without him and the team at PIT Gym. It's changed my life for the better, and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. What we’ve achieved together so far is further than i’ve ever been and i can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Forever grateful to the pit and all its staff.
They are the best in the business, a system created like no other. Kieran an his team saved my life. Changing hundreds of lives on the daily. Creating new habits an routines in such a simple way that is achievable by anyone, no matter the starting point, there's no body or mind that won't be transformed here. 3.5 years I been here, now there is no where eles ild rather be. A community like no other, where people from all walks of life come togeather raising one another through the roof. Achieving more than we all thought possible, which spills over into all areas of life. Nobody's doing it like the pit. Unmatched coaching, community and all round vibes. Once Dreaded exercise is now the best of the day, Everyday!!!
Apply now!!
Or don't its your loss ✌🏽

Wanted to share my experience, I completed their 3-month programme last year. After around 8 weeks, I had not achieved the body transformation I was aiming for not even halfway. My body looked very similar to how it did when I first started, which was disappointing given the time and effort I had put in. During the programme, I developed severe back pain including knee pain… The pain became so intense that I had to stop exercising and wait for physiotherapy. Despite repeatedly explaining how much pain I was in, my gym instructor, Ben, encouraged me to keep training rather than advising me to rest or modify the programme. Looking back, I don’t feel this was the right approach. When I finally had my physio sessions they looked at my training and told me that this was too intense for my body hence why the back pain and knee pain had occurred… I was also unhappy with the nutrition plan. It wasn’t tailored to the foods I normally eat or my dietary preferences, making it difficult to follow consistently. I felt it was very generic not one designed around my lifestyle something that you can keep for the rest of your life, when asked for substitute it was not provided to me was just told to follow the plan. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. I didn’t achieve the results I expected end of the 12 weeks, struggled with a programme that wasn’t adapted when I developed an injury, and found the nutrition support unsuitable. After the 3-month programme ended, I chose not to keep going with them
