I had a visit from Marco today to fix a leak from my outside overflow pipe. Diagnosis was fast and he had the spare part on his van so it was fixed very quickly. Marco was a genuinely nice guy and very conscientious too. I am extremely happy and will definitely use Heatsafe for my needs in the future. I 100% recommend this company. Thanks again Marco.

I was having some work done on my fireplace recently and I had to have my stove gas fire disconnected and then reconnected at a letter date Marco was very flexible with his timing when coming to do the job which really helped me. Unfortunately, the top of the fireplace also needed replacing which I had not budgeted for. Yesterday, Marco’s brothers came to put a new heat proof cement board up to replace the broken top of the fireplace and reconnected the fire. The brothers were very professional and thorough with their work and took their time when completing their safety checks. The job was completed and Marco returned to mine and charged me a very competitive rate and made sure I was very happy with the job and the price. My fire works perfectly.now. Marco the engineer was brilliant! He was able to guide me through my thermostat issue with clear instructions, over the phone.
