Russ was brilliant and the bathroom looks perfect. Drove 40 mile to get to me each day. He talked me through what would need doing and fixed a problem with the shower screen that I brought. Whilst here he fixed my plug, put a radiator on and stopped my washing machine leaking. Can’t fault him, highly recommended.

Contacted Russ, came out same day. Was having problems with shower, he advised us we needed a new thermostatic cartridge, I ordered the part, as soon as it arrived, I contacted Russ and he came the following day, the part was fitted and the shower works great, also Russ noticed a leak under kitchen sink when he turned water tap off, he noticed it was a faulty seal on the sink and immediately set work to sort it out, Russ was very prompt, reliable and helpful and wouldn't hesitate to use his services ages, would highly recommend, thank you Russ

I was having my Bedroom decorated, when something unexpected needed too be fixed quickly, my decorator (Jarman Decor) was able too get into contact with Rusco Bathroom & Kitchen. And they were able too really help us out on such short notice. They were so polite and professional, and materials used were of such good quality and very good value for the job.

Russell changed our existing shower, shower doors and installed lights and fans in the shower. The whole process was sorted within 2 days. This included changing parts of ceiling in the shower. Russell was prompt and handled himself very professionally. He gave us quite a few options to choose from too. The work was very clean and I would highly recommend Rusco.
