Used them to slab my garden. They are not cheap but then you would expect excellent quality for that price, which was about double what local small outfits charge. What I got instead was a very devious service. They sent over contractors who smoked weed and really stretched the job out for some bizarre reason. On their last day they really had to rush and so some small jobs were left outstanding for which they had to come back another day. Here’s a big tip: get everything right down to the last nail put on the invoice. They will send someone out to see your garden, make a note of everything you want done, quote a price and then send over an abbreviated invoice. I really fell for this one. I thought the invoice was abbreviated for the sake of saving space but no they will then say what isn’t on the invoice was never agreed. Another thing they did was order some slabs but only used half of them in my garden. I expected top class service and quality. What I got instead was mediocrity that I could have obtained for half the price locally.

Had a free quote mid December and booked work to start in Feb. Communication was great, lads turned up on day they were due and got stuck in, even during bad weather. The lads were extremely professional and polite, great with my kids who were very interested in the garden being dug up. Any questions I had were answered and I was kept in the loop of what was happening each day. Garden completed in just over a week to a very high standard, competitive prices and overall a great experience. Highly recommend using Flowers for any garden work you have!

From initial quote to completion of the work the team were excellent. Special mention to Gabby who was very helpful, and also to Lyle and Stu who were terrific . I would certainly use again and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

We have just had a new 60m porcelain patio installed by Flowers. It looks amazing. It was a big job which included clearing, tree removal as well as the patio base and tile installation. The work was done promptly and to the spec. The team was punctual, polite, professional and it was all performed with consideration to us and the neighbours. When we wanted to talk about small details and changes this was done. Everything was cleared up and made good after the work, including the drive being jet washed. We are so happy with the result and I’d recommend them to anyone. In fact my next door neighbour who was really impressed by Flowers during this job, is now having work done by them. Thanks to the whole team, we are really happy we chose Flowers.
