Thanks to Chris I had achieved the impossible in getting a mortgage with relatively bad credit, Chris would often go above and beyond and made sure everything went to plan and completed everything within a good timeframe. I would certainly recommend the company and also Chris and will 100% be back when the remortgage is due!
My wife and I have worked with Chris 3 times to buy our first home, remortgage and now to move home. He has helped us to chase our solicitors and keep our move on track. When Chris was on annual leave and we needed support recalculating affordability whilst negotiating an offer on our home, other advisors helped out with the same patience and professionalism that Chris has shown us for years. He has also helped us with income protection and life insurance. He talks through your options so you are fully informed without feeling pressured or being sold things you don’t want/need. Chris has not judged reasons that can make these insurances difficult to obtain and helped with other options which we are grateful for!
