I had an appointment scheduled today at 11.00AM with Jaspal Kaur Bhomra. I received no notice beforehand, and when I arrived, the receptionist told me she couldn’t see me and that I’d have to comeback tomorrow. No apology or explanation was offered. Bhomra was unprofessional on the phone. It’s hard to see how a business like this stays in operation. I’d recommend avoiding them.
