I phoned today and the person who answered was able to sort out my problem over the phone. She asked appropriate questions, worked out what was wrong and told me what to do. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll keep their number for if I ever have a real pest problem. (They were bees not wasps)

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. He was very professional, friendly, down to earth and the prices are decent. Would defo recommend him to others. Go ahead and book him now!
