I called Locky out as we had wasps coming out of our air brick that was quite high up. Locky arrived within 24 hours of the call he talked me through the whole process. He really knew what he was on about. He was so professional from start to finish explained everything and how it was going to happen. The service he provided was outstanding. I cannot recommend him enough for anybody to use.Locky.
Great experience dealing with Locky from TLC Pest Control. We suspected a rodent was somewhere in our warehouse. TLC responded quickly to the initial call and resolved the issue professionally - the dead rat and smell has now disappeared!

Prompt response, super knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. Our request was to assess a bees nest in loft, within seconds identified species of bee and from that was then able to provide me with options of removal or ride it out until end of summer until they die off and move on. We were advised the latter, which took me back as I was waiting for that sharp intake of breath you normally get before someone gives you a quote 😂 I could tell straight away that Lochie a man of principle, refreshingly honest and has good values. Would I recommend, 100% yes all the way. Top man. Thanks again.

Although no removal was needed, he took the time to provide us with a lot of helpful information and clearly has a great deal of knowledge and experience. It was very reassuring to speak with someone so informative and honest. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing pest advice or support.
What an absolute gentleman. He carried out a thorough inspection of the entire house and couldn’t find any droppings, but suggested the issue is likely squirrels and recommended contacting a roofer. He even refused to take any payment. Truly honest and professional—highly recommended.
