He quickly identified the issue and provided a very good solution to fix my radiator. I was impressed by his prompt communication, expertise, and helpful advice. Picked Jack the Plumber because of all the great reviews and was impressed. Turned up on time, very efficient and clearly knows his stuff. Did a really clean, tidy job and was in and out quickly with no hassle at all. Also very friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
Jack was brilliant, will definitely use him again. Texted him about a fairly minor issue (toilet flush playing up) and and he replied quickly asking for details and photos. Once he had those, he identified the issue, quoted (reasonably!) and offered to come the next day. Polite and friendly when he arrived, got the job done quickly and tidily and was happy to explain what he'd done. I'd happily recommend him and, much as I hope we won't need him any time soon, it's nice to know we've found someone reliable if we need him.
Excellent service Jack ..!!! Had a very bad experience with cowboy Builder.! Jack came out and rectified his dodgy workmanship and sorted the Issues out Very quickly and promptly. Very well stocked with all the necessary parts ,very friendly , professional and kept me informed of what was wrong and what was needed to rectify the issue. Jack the Plumber provided brilliant service from the first contact. I was quickly provided with clearly explained options for the job I needed doing and there was no pressure to take the more expensive option. The quote was fast with the breakdown for the job set out. The quote was in line with researched quotes and a lot cheaper than some other local plumbers. The plumber arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was friendly and respectful of myself and my property. He got to work straight away and was knowledgeable and efficient. The work was done to a high quality and all is now working well. The work came in within the quoted price and I am very happy with the whole experience.
