I was recommended this boutique agent to source two investment properties in Birmingham. I was amazed at how quickly they came up with the goods! We completed last week. A big shout out to Bobby and Taj who work incredibly well as a duo. What I was most impressed was their there no nonsense, transparent and assisted guide on where we were at any moment in the transaction . They didn't hesitate to go back to the seller when they were being unreasonable or where it was merited .
