Rented out a digsuting flat, refused to repair latently discovered issues including a completely broken bed frame and soiled mattresses they flipped over. I never moved in and they still tried their scummy hardest to keep my deposit even after I returned the keys immediately. They also lied to TDS in order to get more off me to pay for the faults that already existed. And failed. 😂 They illegally amended the check in report that was completely incorrect and only issued repairs once legal action was taken by myself. They work with broke landlords and have very inexperienced, slimy and obnoxious staff. Steer clear. The furniture pictured is allegedly new and unused and the tenant is liable to pay for if they wish to replace 🤢
